Refund Policy
All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of the subscription being sold, we cannot issue a refund, prorated or otherwise, for a subscription once it has been paid for.
Access for the Remainder of the Billing Period
After payment, your subscription access, delivery, and any included subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the respective/current billing period, even if you decide to cancel before that period ends.
Cancellations and Renewals
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and do not trigger refunds for any time remaining in that period. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel before your renewal date.
Exceptions
- Where required by applicable law, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy. Any such requests will be evaluated in accordance with local regulations.
- Clear billing errors (for example, duplicate charges) may be corrected via refund or credit after verification.
Outside of the limited circumstances above, we do not offer refunds for subscription purchases. If the claim is approved, will initiate the refund. It can take 6–7 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method, depending on your bank.
Billing Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the matter quickly. Initiating a dispute with your payment provider before contacting us may delay resolution.
